Admission Proccess

Step 1: Initial Inquiry and Submission of Application

Prospective families are encouraged to begin the admissions process by submitting an application. The application fee of $200 is non-refundable and helps with processing your application within our departments.

Step 2: Family Interview and Home Visit

A key part of our admissions process is understanding the environment in which our students live and grow. We schedule an in person or digital family interview. This interview allows us to meet the child in a more relaxed setting, engage with the parents/guardians, and discuss expectations, values, and how the family aligns with our school's ethos.
 

Following the interview, with the family's consent, we may elect to conduct a respectful home visit. The purpose of this visit is to understand the child's support system, interests, and routines outside of school. It's an opportunity for us to see the child in their own environment and to ensure that our school can support the child's holistic development.

Step 3: Admissions Decision

After the family interview and home visit, our admissions committee will review the entire application package. Decisions are based on the child's academic potential, the alignment of family values with the school's mission, and our capacity to meet the child's needs. Families will be notified of the decision via email and, if accepted, will receive digital enrollment forms, a welcome packet, and information on the next steps.

Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is due within 7 days insha'Allah

Step 6: Enrollment

  • Applications are Now Open (Rolling Admission)

  • Wave 1 Deadline: March 15th, 2025

  • Wave 2 Deadline: May 15th, 2025

  • Final Wave begins: May 16th, 2025

  • Returning Student Registration Deadline to Lock in Special Rates is March 1st, 2025

Admission Requirements

  • A non-refundable application fee ($200)

  • Completed application form for each child

  • Copies of the child's birth certificate or passport for age verification.

  • The child's academic records from the past two years.

  • A recommendation letter from 2 previous teachers or administrators (principals / assistant principals).

  • Immunization records and a general health certificate from a pediatrician.

  • Upon acceptance, a non-refundable $2,000 deposit
