Admission Proccess

Step 1: Initial Inquiry and Information Session

Prospective families are encouraged to begin the admissions process by attending an information session. These sessions provide an overview of our educational philosophy, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and community ethos. Families will have the opportunity to ask questions and meet our current administration.

Step 2: Submission of Application

To register, please fill out the Application Form and pay the $150 processing fee.

Step 3: Entrance Exam

Upon reviewing the initial application, eligible candidates will be invited to sit for an entrance exam. The exam assesses the child's proficiency in core academic areas relevant to their age group, including language arts, mathematics, and Islamic studies (as applicable). The entrance exam helps us understand the child's current academic standing and ensures that we can cater to their educational needs effectively.

Step 4: Family Interview and Home Visit

A key part of our admissions process is understanding the environment in which our students live and grow. After the entrance exam, we schedule a family interview. This interview allows us to meet the child in a more relaxed setting, engage with the parents/guardians, and discuss expectations, values, and how the family aligns with our school's ethos.

Following the interview, with the family's consent, we conduct a respectful home visit. The purpose of this visit is not to evaluate the material aspects of the home but to understand the child's support system, interests, and routines outside of school. It's an opportunity for us to see the child in their own environment and to ensure that our school can support the child's holistic development.

Step 5: Admissions Decision

After the entrance exam, family interview, and home visit, our admissions committee will review the entire application package. Decisions are based on the child's academic potential, the alignment of family values with the school's mission, and our capacity to meet the child's needs. Families will be notified of the decision via email and, if accepted, will receive digital enrollment forms, a welcome packet, and information on the next steps.

Admission Requirements

A non-refundable application fee
Completed application form for each child
Copies of the child's birth certificate or passport for age verification.
The child's academic records from the past two years.
A recommendation letter from 2 previous teachers or administrators (principals / assistant principals).
Immunization records and a general health certificate from a pediatrician.
